We are currently recruiting for a variety of Area Cleaning Manager opportunities across the North West, with salaries ranging from £35,000-£36,000 plus company car or car allowance.

These roles are with well-established facilities management and cleaning companies, managing multi-site portfolios across commercial, public sector and mixed-use environments. The portfolios are designed to be manageable, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service standards while building strong client relationships.

Your Role

  • Managing the day-to-day performance of multiple cleaning contracts
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Leading, motivating and developing cleaning teams and supervisors
  • Conducting regular site visits, audits and quality inspections
  • Ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved
  • Managing recruitment, training, labour budgets and operational performance
  • Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures
  • Supporting contract mobilisation and continuous service improvement

About You

  • Previous experience managing multiple cleaning contracts within a commercial environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent client relationship management experience
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload
  • Good understanding of service delivery, KPIs and operational performance
  • Health & Safety knowledge, with IOSH or similar qualifications desirable
  • Full UK driving licence
