Area Account Manager (Scotland & North East) – Etex Building Performance

We’re seeking a results-driven commercial professional to drive commercial performance, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to our regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver commercial performance targets across your assigned region in line with Etex Building Performance’s strategic objectives.
- Represent the full portfolio of EBP brands (including drylining, insulation and related systems) to both new and existing commercial clients.
- Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders across Scotland and the North East through face-to-face engagement.
- Identify and act on growth opportunities, aligning with regional and national sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and specification teams to develop and deliver integrated solutions.
- Share market insights and customer feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.

What You’ll Bring
- A proven track record in a field-based sales or account management role, with experience of working both independently and remotely.
- External sales experience (preferably within the construction sector), including commercial awareness of internal finishes such as drylining, insulation, or related systems.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to solve customer challenges, drive revenue growth, and adapt strategies to market demands.
