Area Funeral & Memorial Consultant
We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as an Area Funeral & Memorial Consultant. You'll deliver the best end of life care, support and client experience through the arrangement and delivery of funerals, memorialisation, and aftercare services.

What To Expect...
- Oversee the funeral home, including opening and closing, health & safety checks and maintaining cleanliness.
- Arranging and administering funeral consultations, memorialisation orders and aftercare services.
- Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers.
- Ensure correct care of the deceased, for example, conducting daily checks and facilitating Reflection Room visits for families.
- You’ll complete FCA-regulated training to offer and sell pre-paid funeral plans.
- Represent and support your local community by engaging in local events and activities.

What We're Looking For...
- IT literate and a competent user of MS Office.
- Strong administrative background.
- Excellent communicator with strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Can display resilience and be comfortable working alone in the funeral home.
- High level of understanding, empathy, and compassion.
Training...
Previous experience within the funeral industry is not required as we’ll provide full training.
Travel to other sites will be required.
