Area Manager – Brentwood Cluster (This is the Role for You!)

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and optimize performance across assigned areas.

  • Sales & Profitability Leadership:

    • Monitor and drive sales performance across branches, ensuring target attainment.
    • Manage P&L OPEX, optimizing financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Team Development & Leadership: Lead initiatives fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance. Oversee stock management, ensuring scalability with minimal excess inventory through forecasting.

  • Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders, enhancing satisfaction/retention.

  • Engagement & Performance:

    • Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments.
    • Promote a positive work environment via coaching and mentorship.
  • Collaboration & Improvement:

    • Facilitate cross-branch collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
    • Analyse market trends and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
