Job Description
Core Responsibilities

Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and optimize performance across assigned areas.

Sales & Profitability Leadership:
- Monitor and drive sales performance across branches, ensuring target attainment.
- Manage P&L OPEX, optimizing financial performance and operational efficiency.

Team Development & Leadership: Lead initiatives fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance. Oversee stock management, ensuring scalability with minimal excess inventory through forecasting.

Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders, enhancing satisfaction/retention.

Engagement & Performance:
- Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments.
- Promote a positive work environment via coaching and mentorship.

Collaboration & Improvement:
- Facilitate cross-branch collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
- Analyse market trends and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
