This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager located in the Central Belt, Scotland. The Area Manager will oversee daily operations, manage cleaning staff, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities include scheduling, training staff, conducting inspections, and troubleshooting any operational issues that may arise. The Area Manager will work closely with clients to address their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications
- Management and team leadership skills
- Strong organizational and scheduling abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in facilities management or cleaning services
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Valid driver's license required
