Job Description
Key Responsibilities
As the Area Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Area to drive overall business growth and performance
- Monitor and drive sales performance across branches, ensuring sales and contribution targets are met
- Manage P&L OPEX across branches to optimise financial performance and ensure cost-effective operations
- Lead team development and foster a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance across branches
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Oversee stock management to ensure availability while minimising excess inventory through forecasting
- Drive colleague engagement via coaching and support, promoting a positive work environment and high morale
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide development opportunities
- Facilitate cross-branch collaboration to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Implement and monitor KPIs to align branch performance with business objectives
