About the Role

In this dynamic position, you’ll:
- Coordinate multiple stores, supporting Store Managers in achieving targets and maintaining operational excellence.
- Conduct regular store visits to uphold efficiency, productivity, and compliance standards.
- Mentor teams, fostering growth through recruitment, training, and development.
- Inspire teams to drive KPIs while embedding our Leadership & Company Values.

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership:
- Regularly assess stores for efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor adherence to KPIs and operational best practices.

Team Development & Mentorship:
- Guide Store Managers in recruiting, training, and performance improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning among teams.

Performance Delivery:
- Empower teams to exceed targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure alignment with Lidl’s values in all day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Proven Leadership: Experience motivating and managing teams across multiple sites to achieve exceptional results.
- Analytical Skill: Ability to interpret complex reports and execute actionable strategies for performance growth.
- Business acumen: Vigilance to stay updated on evolving industry trends and Lidl’s initiatives.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal/written skills to train, equip, and inspire teams during launches or process changes.
- Logistics: Must hold a full UK driving license (company car provided).
