Area Manager – Hospitality (Pubs)

Location: Leeds & Surrounding Yorkshire Areas

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

SP Executive Search is seeking an experienced Area Manager to join a leading hospitality business (pubs) with a strong national presence. This role suits a commercially minded operator who thrives on driving performance, elevating guest experience, and leading multiple sites to success.

About the Role

We are looking for an Area Manager for a patch covering Leeds & Surrounding Yorkshire Areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance of multiple sites in a patch, ensuring excellence in service and operations
  • Lead, coach, and develop management teams to deliver outstanding customer experience
  • Drive sales, profitability, and consistent brand standards across all locations
  • Execute business strategy, new initiatives, and ongoing operational improvements
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with H&S, food safety, and company policy
  • Analyse P&L results, identify trends, and implement actions for improved performance
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and regional leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Must have proven experience in multi-site management within hospitality, food-led retail, casual dining, and restaurants OR wet-led establishments
  • Strong commercial ability – confident with sales growth, margins, and cost control
  • Inspirational leadership style with a focus on development and accountability
  • Comfortable working with data, P&Ls, and KPI dashboards
  • Confident communicator who can influence and engage at all levels
  • Hands-on, solutions-focused operator with high brand standards
