Location: Edinburgh Salary: £40,000–£50,000
A respected hospitality operator is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee two established premium venues in Edinburgh.
This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys supporting managers, driving operational standards, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
We're looking for a hospitality professional who comes from a premium environment where service, quality, and attention to detail are non-negotiable.
You'll be commercially astute, experienced in controlling labour costs, and passionate about creating a culture of accountability, consistency, and hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support management teams across two venues
- Drive exceptional customer service standards
- Monitor labour costs and operational performance
- Coach, mentor, and develop managers
- Ensure consistency in standards, presentation, and service
- Lead from the front during busy trading periods
- Deliver strong commercial performance while maintaining premium guest experiences

About You
- Multi-site or senior operational management experience
- Premium hospitality background
- Strong financial awareness, particularly around labour management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality
Package
- Salary: £40,000–£50,000 (depending on experience)
- Share of tips
- Pension
- 48-hour contract
- 5-day working week
