Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit stores to ensure efficiency, productivity, and operational compliance
- Mentor Store Managers, supporting recruitment, team training, and performance improvements
- Guide teams to meet KPIs while upholding Lidl’s high standards
- Foster a positive, high-performance work environment aligned with company Leadership & Company Values
Requirements
- Experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites to deliver outstanding results
- Ability to review complex reports, identify next steps, and oversee new initiatives
- Strong commitment to ongoing learning due to the evolving nature of the business
- Excellent communication skills for team support on new launches, processes, and concepts
- Full UK Driving License
