Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Area Manager at EVS Valeting. The Area Manager will oversee valeting operations across multiple sites, ensuring service standards, schedules, and customer expectations are consistently met. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with dealership partners, handling performance reporting, and implementing process improvements. The Area Manager will also be responsible for:

  • Health and safety compliance
  • Quality checks
  • Supporting training and development of site staff

Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-site operations management or area management within automotive, facilities, or service industries.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including team coordination, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in organizing schedules, managing workloads, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for working with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Comfort with remote work tools, reporting systems, and basic digital documentation or scheduling platforms.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance practices and health and safety standards relevant to vehicle valeting or similar services.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Previous experience in automotive valeting or dealership environments is an advantage, though not mandatory.
