About The Role
Join us as a Greggs Area Manager and lead the way in shaping the success of our Greggs stores within Lincolnshire, Parts of East Midlands, Northamptonshire, Norwich, and Ipswich! You’ll lead a team of dedicated store managers, setting ambitious goals and performance targets, and ensuring that each store excels in every aspect—from sales and customer service to store audits.

You'll inspire your teams, drive sales, and maintain the highest standards of product quality and cleanliness. What You’ll Do
- Take pride and strong sense of ownership and accountability for each location under your management.
- Lead and monitor the performance of stores within your area, focusing on reducing waste, improving operational efficiency.
- Analyse Profit and Loss (P&L) to develop and implement strategic plans by conducting audits for invoicing, stock control, and daily banking to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare, review, and report on budget and addressing issues impacting sales or profitability.
- Support teams in delivering promotions effectively, maintaining high standards in customer service excellence.
- Maintain Greggs brand integrity by ensuring stores is visually appealing, well-maintained, and in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders and Head Office in the planning, recruiting and opening of New to Industry Sites to transform and implement strategies for business growth and market expansion.
- Inspire your teams to embrace EG on the Move’s vision and values by conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop strategies to improve employee retention and reduce turnover, including recognition and career growth opportunities.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in a multi-site retail or convenience management role.
- Ability to drive results through effective leadership and team motivation.
- A track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating operational excellence.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A Full Clean UK Driving Licence is required to travel between locations.
