We are partnering with a fast-growing restaurant group to recruit a people-focused Area Manager for key locations across Scotland. This role involves leading multi-site operations, driving operational excellence, and fostering team development to meet business goals.

- Lead, coach, and develop Store/Restaurant Managers to deliver consistent, high-performing operations.
- Set and drive goals alignment among teams while ensuring accountability and improving commercial outcomes.

Operations & Standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance in:
- Health & Safety
- Customer experience & satisfaction
- Productivity vs. payroll performance
- Commercial & operational standards
Strategy & Improvement
- Analyse regional performance data to devise strategies improving:
- Team productivity
- Customer retention
- Operational efficiency
People & Culture
- Identify training needs and support succession planning.
- Implement development programmes for high-potential team members.
Compliance & HR
- Ensure full adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage HR-related matters (e.g., disciplinary processes, performance reviews).

Requirements
Experience & Expertise
- Proven experience as an Area Manager, Cluster Manager, or Regional Manager in hospitality, retail, or similar leadership role.
- Background in a customer-focused, people-led industry (e.g.):
- Hospitality, Quick-Service Restaurants (QSR), food retail
- Retail (fashion, department stores, general merchandise)
- Track record of developing high-performing teams towards productivity and staff retention goals.
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on driving profitability.
