Corteva UK is seeking a motivated and commercially driven Area Manager to join our Field Sales team. This home-based role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a defined territory, driving the promotion, technical positioning, and stewardship of our market-leading crop protection portfolio across a broad customer base including agronomists, farmers and key industry stakeholders.
We are looking for a candidate based in Southern England, covering Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Sussex and Kent. A central location within the territory, with good road access and a willingness to travel, is essential.
Your Challenge
Responsible for the overall development and management of a sales territory to achieve the annual sales plan Build and continually develop an engaged customer and business partner network to drive sales and long-term account value Effectively communicate the positioning and placement of the portfolio through a good technical understanding of the product portfolio and the crop protection market Maintain strong awareness of local market trends, customer needs, competitive products, programmes and pricing structures Lead professional, value-driven meetings with business partners, key stakeholders and farmer customers Effectively and proactively manage customer queries or concerns Provide timely and actionable market intelligence through close collaboration with agronomists and customers Utilise a range of communication channels (face-to-face, digital and group events) to effectively engage customers and stakeholders

Who Are We Looking For?
This role is suited to a self-motivated, results-driven individual wishing to be part of a supportive and diverse team. Candidates should have experience in a commercial or sales role, excellent communication and relationship-building skills and a strong understanding of the crop protection industry. A full UK driving licence is required.
