Salary: up to £57,000 + £6,000 car allowance + £5,000 Welcome Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Nursery Oversight: Manage several nurseries, ensuring financial health and high-quality care.
  • Leadership & Support: Guide nursery managers and teams to uphold early childhood education standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain "Ofsted – Good" (or higher) ratings, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Safety Standards: Enforce strict adherence to internal policies and best practice but child safeguarding.
  • Cultural Leadership: Build trust with staff, stakeholders, and families while driving a positive, results-driven culture.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgets, maximise revenue, and control expenses to achieve cost efficiency.

  • Exceptional team performance with staff who are empowered, skilled, and motivated.
  • Consistent "Good" or better Ofsted ratings across all managed nurseries.
  • Full compliance with legislative and Partou policies.
  • Clean, safe environments that inspire children’s learning.
  • Occupancy and cost targets sustained or surpassed.

What It Takes

  • Education: Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Children and Education (a Degree in Early Childcare is preferred).
  • Experience: Extensive senior management experience in multi-setting childcare.
  • Key Competencies:
    • Proven leadership in staff development, service planning, compliance, and continuous improvement.
    • Strong commercial awareness and leadership abilities.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific software.

DBS Check: Enhanced DBS is required.
