Area Manager - South (Windows and Doors)
The ability to enable your teams to deliver amazing service and achieve P&L targets? Multi-site branch management experience?
We’re investing in support & growth for our branches. We have a great opportunity for an Area Manager to lead the branch teams to ensure our customers get the best support and service.
The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring that the branches in your area perform and achieve their potential in terms of sales, margin, service offering, cost control and operational standards. Using your fantastic people skills you will train, support and inspire your managers to enable their teams to consistently deliver branch KPI targets and Stevenswood business plans. Identifying and addressing under performance as necessary you will oversee all aspects of the sales & operational performance of your five branches.

The Person
Significant management experience, with multi-site management experience and managing managers being highly desirable Experience gained within the fenestration trade environment is advantageous You will have excellent commercial acumen and be highly proficient at KPI management and at driving P&L improvements. The successful candidate will have strong people and communication skills (written & verbal) and be organised, tenacious and driven in approach – you will have the ability to challenge, inspire and enable change effectively A valid driving licence and comfortable with regular travel is essential
