The Role
As the Country Area Manager (UK), you will possess extraordinary leadership within a retail environment, and know all the tips & tricks to enhancing boutique culture and driving the ultimate red-carpet experience for all visiting honeys & lovers.
Alongside an extensive background within a retail environment, to be successful in this role you will be detail orientated and an efficient planner when producing rosters, be highly attuned to defusing and educating boutique honeys around positive company culture, drive sales and KPI targets through tactful learnings – ultimately equipping your teams with effective resources to achieve high commercial & operational outcomes.
This role reports into the Head of Retail US and UK and will work closely with the broader retail leadership team to produce strong succession plans, high quality learning & development tools, positive and engaging boutique initiatives, and drive compliance in line with company policies & procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Accountability for designated areas financials, sales, wages and shrinkage targets. Communicating budgets, and motivating team towards achieving set KPI’s. Working closely with boutique team around stock control and providing feedback and opportunities to planning and design teams. Managing the end-to-end recruitment needs of your area – in collaboration with BM and People Operations. Managing administration and stock, including reserve stock management, implementing loss prevention controls and general statewide administration. Managing and ensuring compliance to workplace safety regulations and monitor and address all maintenance issues across all UK boutiques. Ensuring honeys are communicated with effectively and have a sound understanding of requirements around policies and procedures. Collaborating with teams to ensure boutiques are merchandised inline with guidelines – enhancing the visual red-carpet experience. People and performance management: coaching teams and individuals - providing sound council with any grievances and empowering high performance. Coaching boutique leaders, developing them in strong advocate of the brand and people leaders.

Your Sweet Spots (About You)
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Retail environment Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to successfully manage multiple teams. Warm, Encouraging and Dedicated leader. Calm under pressure with proven ability to work within deadlines. Passionate about fashion and proving the ultimate customer experience. Ability to drive understanding of compliance and policy. Empathic in nature – providing your teams a sounding board and strong guidance through any challenges they may face.
