Location: London & Surrey (Regular travel across your region)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (flexibility to work weekends as required)
Salary: £40-£55k + Performance Bonus + Travel Expenses

We're looking for an inspiring Area Manager to lead a portfolio of salons, developing high-performing Salon Managers, driving commercial success and ensuring every client experiences the very best of the RUSH brand.
You'll work closely with salon leaders to coach, support and challenge them to achieve exceptional results while creating a positive, high-performance culture.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the performance of multiple salons across your region
- Coach and develop Salon Managers to achieve commercial and people objectives
- Drive sales, profitability, productivity and retail performance
- Analyse KPIs and implement action plans to improve results
- Support recruitment, succession planning and talent development
- Champion exceptional client experience and operational excellence
- Ensure brand standards and compliance are consistently achieved
- Partner with Head Office teams to deliver business initiatives and continuous improvement
