The Opportunity
We’re recruiting an Area Merchandiser to support a leading beauty retail operation across the North West.
This is a hands-on field-based role where you’ll:
- Visit stores to support new product launches
- Coach merchandisers and ensure merchandising standards are met
- Manage your region, build relationships across multiple stores, and become the go-to expert in your area.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit stores across your allocated region
- Merchandise new launches and range changes
- Audit merchandising standards and check planogram compliance
- Coach and train merchandisers in best practices
- Troubleshoot store issues and recommend improvements
- Build strong relationships with store teams
- Complete detailed reports and photographic feedback
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential
🔹 Retail experience in a fast-paced environment 🔹 Prior experience coaching or developing colleagues is highly valued 🔹 Excellent organisational and communication skills 🔹 Confident working independently and autonomously 🔹 Willingness to travel regionally and stay away overnight when necessary
