The Opportunity
We’re recruiting an Area Merchandiser to support a leading beauty retail operation across key regions.
This is a hands-on field-based role where you'll:
- Visit stores
- Support new product launches
- Coach merchandisers
- Ensure outstanding merchandising standards are maintained
- Be the go-to expert for your assigned region
- Build strong relationships across multiple stores

Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
- Visiting stores across your region
- Merchandising new launches and range changes
- Auditing merchandising standards and planogram compliance
- Coaching & training merchandisers
- Troubleshooting store issues and identifying improvements
- Building relationships with store teams
- Completing reports and photographic feedback
Requirements
Essential
- Retail experience within a fast-paced environment
- Experience coaching or developing colleagues
- Organised with excellent communication skills
- Confident & self-motivated for independent work
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Willingness to travel regionally and spend overnight if needed
