What You'll Do:
- Support product promotions with key National Account customers in alignment with product marketing activity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key merchant customers across branch networks, including Branch Managers, Assistant Branch Managers, and Sales staff.
- Work closely with National Account Managers and teams to implement business plans and deliver the strategy for National Accounts.
- Build professional relationships and liaise with other departments within Etex Building Performance to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Support the implementation of the core stock profiling product range within designated accounts.
- Deliver value propositions and drive value creation with key National customers.
- Analyse customer sales performance and collaborate with the team to address areas of underperformance and create improvement plans.
- Support exhibitions, conferences, branch openings, trade days, and sales events to represent the company.
- Update the CRM tool daily with project tracking, customer calls, leads, complaints, and other relevant details.

What You'll Bring:
- Proven internal / external sales experience, ideally in construction industry.
- Strong phone presence and experience with achieving set goals.
- Good influencing and persuasive skills.
- Be proficient with Microsoft and associated web presentation tools.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
