Join the UK’s Premier Parcel & Post Delivery Company

At Evri Premium, we're transforming how parcels and mail are delivered across the UK and internationally. As part of our SME Sales team, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by winning new customers and helping businesses access our market-leading delivery solutions.

We are looking for a high-performing, field-based Area Sales Executive with a strong desire to win new business and consistently deliver against stretching targets. This is a hands-on role where you will take full ownership of your territory across the South of the UK - primarily North London through to the Midlands. You will spend your time in the field identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. Please note this is a field-based role so you need access to a car.

This role will cover Milton Keynes/Northampton (Bedfordshire/Northamptonshire) so the ideal candidate will be within this geography.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for generating your own leads, developing a strong and sustainable pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term, high-value clients. With a strong commercial mindset and a proactive approach, you will play a critical role in driving both volume and revenue growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
