Job Title: Area Sales Executive
- Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
- Bonus: Fantastic monthly and annual bonus based on company performance
- Hours: 42.5 hours per week, rotational shift pattern (5 days on, 2 days off). Weekend work is involved.
About the Role
We are the UK’s favourite car-buying service and are growing FAST, with over 500 branches and new sites opening every month.
We need enthusiastic, passionate, honest, and service-driven individuals to join our team—no prior car knowledge required. We’ll train you extensively.

- Buy cars while ensuring the efficient running of branches—acting as the main customer contact.
- Contact and manage customer interactions to book appointments and meet targets.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and close sales, while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with back-office teams and colleagues.
Requirements
- Current full UK manual driving licence.
- Experience in a target-driven environment.
- On your feet, talking to people—excellent communication and phone manner.
- Ability to work independently or under pressure (sometimes lone working).
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and administrative skills, with proficiency in IT.
- Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships.
