Area Sales Executive
Area Sales Executive
Base Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £34,120) Bonus: Fantastic monthly and annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern (5 days on / 2 days off), with weekend work included.
About the Role
We are the UK’s favourite car-buying service, growing rapidly—opening 50+ branches monthly across over 500 sites. We’re seeking enthusiastic, honest, and service-driven individuals to join a fast-paced, results-focused team. No prior car knowledge is required—we’ll train you everything from basic automotive knowledge to advanced sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Main point of contact between customers and the business, ensuring efficient branch operations.
- Prospecting & appointment scheduling: Prioritise client diary workload to achieve targets.
- Sales cycle management:
- Conduct vehicle appraisals.
- Negotiate prices.
- Close deals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage.

- Cross-functional collaboration: Liaise with back-office teams and colleagues to streamline workflows.
Requirements
- A full UK manual driving licence (essential for branch visits and transit).
- Proven experience in a target-driven environment (sales, retail, or hospitality preferred).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including:
- Strong telephone manner.
- Outstanding ability to communicate and negotiate under pressure.
- Self-starter mentality: Must thrive in lone working and high-pressure situations.
- Highly organised with superior workload management and time prioritisation.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficient administrative and IT skills (CRM systems, data entry, basic IT troubleshooting).
