About the Role:

The Crowd is delighted to be partnering with an international luxury interiors brand, renowned for its beautifully crafted textiles, wallpapers, and wallcoverings. Our client is seeking an Area Sales Executive to join their dynamic and collaborative team. Predominantly field-based, this role will be supported from their London showroom.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in expanding the brand’s presence across Greater London. Working closely with the showroom team, you will build and nurture relationships with interior designers, architects, specifiers, and other design professionals, driving new business through targeted account development, client visits, presentations, and networking. Alongside developing new opportunities, you will manage existing client relationships, respond to sales enquiries, coordinate project follow-up, and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, proactive, and passionate about interiors, with excellent relationship-building skills and a drive to succeed. Joining the business during an exciting period of growth, you will have the opportunity to shape the role, develop your career, and progress within a supportive and collaborative environment. In return, the company offers an attractive benefits package, including a company car, enhanced annual leave, and a generous bonus scheme.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
