Area Sales Executive
Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, rotational shift pattern (5 days on, 2 days off) Weekend work is involved
About the Role
We are the UK’s favourite car-buying service, rapidly expanding with over 500 branches and opening more monthly.
We are hiring enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals to join our team—whether you have car sales experience or not, we’ll train you comprehensively.
Responsibilities
As an Area Sales Executive with WBAC, your role includes:
- Buying cars while ensuring efficient branch operations—you’re the primary customer contact
- Meeting targets by prioritising your schedule for appointments and engagements
- Conducting vehicle appraisals, negotiating prices, closing sales, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Coordinating with back-office teams and colleagues

Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence (current)
- Proven experience in a target-driven sales environment
- Strong customer focus, with exceptional communication skills (Verbal & written)
- Adaptability to work under pressure, independently (lone working), and autonomously
- Excellent organisation, time-management, and administrative skills
- Proficient with IT systems
Preferred candidates: Customer-facing professionals such as sales Executives, retailers, or hospitality specialists with independence and drive.
