Area Sales Executive
Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £34,120) Bonus: Fantastic monthly and annual bonuses based on company performance.
Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern (5 days on/2 days off). Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities
As an Area Sales Executive at WBAC:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and drive sales in your allocated branches.
- Manage customer appointments, prioritise your diary to meet targets, and ensure independent appointments are booked.
- Conduct vehicle appraisals, negotiate prices, close car sales deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate effectively with back-office staff and colleagues across the business.

Requirements
- Current full UK manual driving licence.
- Experience in a target-driven environment, ideally with customer-focused roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent telephone presence.
- Ability to work independently in a lone-working capacity.
- Capacity to organise, prioritise workload efficiently, and build long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in administration and IT systems.

An ideal candidate would have experience as a Sales Executive, Retail Worker, or Hospitality Specialist, comfortable working autonomously.
