Area Sales Executive

Area Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £34,120) Bonus: Fantastic monthly and annual bonuses based on company performance.

Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern (5 days on/2 days off). Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As an Area Sales Executive at WBAC:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and drive sales in your allocated branches.
  • Manage customer appointments, prioritise your diary to meet targets, and ensure independent appointments are booked.
  • Conduct vehicle appraisals, negotiate prices, close car sales deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate effectively with back-office staff and colleagues across the business.

Requirements

  • Current full UK manual driving licence.
  • Experience in a target-driven environment, ideally with customer-focused roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent telephone presence.
  • Ability to work independently in a lone-working capacity.
  • Capacity to organise, prioritise workload efficiently, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in administration and IT systems.
