Area Sales Manager
The role:
Fantastic opportunity to work for this manufacturer of passive fire protection products including ceilings, board, soffits, insulation and more.
The business is growing and fast becoming the go-to manufacturer of choice.
You will be selling mainly to contractors, who are generally specialist sub-contractors but also working with some specifiers and distribution partners.
The role is to cover the South of the UK, however most of the business is in the London Area, so you should be based reasonably local to that area.

You will be expected to establish and grow a stable client base and drive profitable sales and project opportunities.
About You:
You should have experience with the building material sector, ideally with fire protection, insulation, partitions or similar.
You should have a strong track record of dealing with contractors and be able to demonstrate success with them.

This position requires a proactive individual with initiative, confidence and commercial experience to meet with key decision makers, build relationships and drive tangible leads and sales.
Package:
Base of £55-£65k, uncapped bonus scheme, car allowance, pension and 25 days holidays plus bank holidays
