Area Sales Manager
The Role:
A well-established manufacturer of high-performance automotive and industrial lubricants is looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to cover central England. This field-based role will focus on managing and developing relationships with commercial vehicle dealerships, car franchises, and businesses operating large vehicle fleets. Alongside an existing customer base of around 100 accounts, there is strong opportunity to grow market share through new business development across the region.

Requirements:
- Field sales experience within the automotive sector
- Experience selling into vehicle franchises or companies with significant fleets
- Genuine interest in the automotive industry
- Comfortable managing a regional field sales territory
- Full UK driving licence
The Package:
- £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission with top performers earning six figures
- £8,400 car allowance
- Pension and healthcare
- 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
