COMPANY
Friars Pride is a specialist foodservice business operating within the fish and chip and wider catering sector. We supply a wide range of frozen, chilled and ambient products to the foodservice industry, supporting customers across pubs, restaurants, takeaways, education and healthcare.
As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our sales presence across the Bristol, Bath and Swindon area and are now looking to strengthen our field sales team.
THE ROLE
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing business across the Bristol, Bath and Swindon area.

You will manage existing accounts while actively developing new business opportunities within the foodservice and catering sector, helping to drive continued regional growth.
This is a field-based role with full responsibility for your own territory, reporting to the Sales Manager.
THE APPLICANT
We are looking for an ambitious and driven sales professional with at least 2 years’ field-based or B2B sales experience.

Foodservice sector experience would be highly advantageous, although strong sales professionals from other industries will also be considered.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Ambitious, self-motivated and target driven
- Confident managing their own territory
- Strong relationship builder
- Eager to grow within a fast-developing foodservice business
- Full clean driving licence holder
Salary £35,000 – £40,000 basic + bonus (depending on experience)
