Join us as an Area Sales Manager covering Scotland and Ireland! This role is for our Insulation, Superglass division! We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Area Sales Manager to join Superglass and play a key role in growing our presence across the region. In this role, you will build strong, long-lasting partnerships with existing customers while confidently using your sales expertise to influence decisions, overcome objections, and close deals. Alongside managing current accounts, you will proactively identify and engage new business opportunities across a diverse customer base, including architects, specifiers, contractors, distributors, and merchants - expanding sales across the full Superglass product portfolio in line with our strategic objectives. What you’ll do:
Drive growth against key company metrics within the region by identifying and targeting customers, markets, and product applications within your area of responsibility Initiate, develop, and manage sales activities to support and deliver against business objectives Effectively utilise and maintain the CRM platform in line with company processes Lead demand generation, specification activity, and customer propositions to grow sales across the full Superglass product portfolio Deliver high-quality customer engagement through structured monthly call cycles, training sessions, and CPD presentations Take accountability for converting enquiries, specifications, and customer interactions into orders Provide market feedback on competitors, customer activity, project specifications, pricing, distribution, and delivery trends Offer professional technical advice, including site surveys, product support, and customer training to enhance market share Take ownership of delivering results aligned to the company’s business plan and strategy Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners to ensure accurate project tracking and delivery Monitor customer satisfaction levels, actively promoting and protecting the Superglass brand Issue commercial quotations in line with company guidelines Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities Complete assigned tasks and provide regular reports in line with agreed deadlines

What you’ll bring:
Demonstrated success within construction or technical sales Skilled in engaging with both end-users and supply chain partners Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand and respond to market dynamics Good knowledge of the sector, with the ability to apply this in a sales environment Confident in building and maintaining relationships at all levels A collaborative team player, able to work effectively within a close-knit sales environment
