We're partnering with an established international business within the outdoor and performance apparel sector to recruit an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the South of the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised brand with ambitious growth plans, taking ownership of an established territory while developing long-term relationships with independent retail partners across the outdoor, ski, and lifestyle markets. If you're a commercially minded field sales professional who enjoys being on the road, building lasting customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities, this could be the perfect next step.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the UK & Ireland Sales Manager, you'll inherit an established territory of approximately 30-40 active retail accounts while identifying opportunities to further grow the region. This is a highly autonomous field-based role where you'll spend the majority of your time visiting customers, planning your own schedule, presenting new product collections, and helping retail partners maximise sales. You'll work closely with colleagues across sales, customer operations, marketing and product teams, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience while providing valuable market insight that helps shape future commercial decisions.

Full product training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with strong field sales experience looking to further develop their career within the outdoor and performance sector.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
