The Opportunity

Market Leader: Represent a top-tier provider of innovative indoor soft-play systems.

Target Sectors: Partner with leisure centres, family entertainment centres, visitor attractions, and holiday parks.

Growth Phase: Join an ambitious company scaling rapidly across the UK in 2026.

The Package

Base Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum.

On-Target Earnings (OTE): £75,000+ per year.

Commission: £25,000 for achieving sales targets (uncapped).

The Role

As the Area Sales Manager for the South of England, you will take a consultative approach to sell high-ROI "indoor amazement parks." You will act as the primary point of contact throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial consultation through to project handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Growth: Develop and execute a business plan targeting new and existing accounts across the South of England.
  • Key Stakeholder Engagement: Pitch directly to senior decision-makers to position the company as a trusted partner.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client budgets and spaces to deliver tailored, revenue-boosting design solutions.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal design, project management, and installation teams for smooth project delivery.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate client data within the CRM and provide pipeline updates to senior management.
  • Market Presence: Attend industry networking events and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitors.

What You'll Need

  • Sales Track Record: Proven experience in consultative, solution, or technical B2B sales.
  • Sector Knowledge: Experience within indoor/outdoor play, leisure, construction, or public open spaces is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to deliver impactful, technical presentations tailored to client needs and return on investment.
  • Mobility: A full driving licence, with the flexibility to travel regularly across the territory for client meetings and site visits.
  • Autonomy: Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable managing your own diary.
