This position reports to:
Sales Manager for the Product Groups
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the LV Motors Sales organization and customers throughout the sales process in the assigned area. Increase new and existing business by supporting the Sales organization with relevant knowledge of products and markets. The ideal candidate should be based in the West Midlands to the South West of England.
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
- Participating in sales strategy discussions for assigned area, agreeing short and long term goals and delivering the individually assigned sales budget.
- Analyzing customer needs and aligning offers through general market information and information provided by local Sales organization. Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g. product launches) and communication of the value proposition of the products, systems and packages with customers.
- Providing technical support during technical meetings, product presentations and negotiations and offers product/solution related training.
- Building long lasting customer relationships and taking ownership of specific customer cases ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
- Analyzing lost proposals to increase future offering and competitiveness.
- Performing regular status reviews and proposing recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
- Utilizing the CRM tool to enhance customer relationship management by streamlining communication, tracking interactions, and providing valuable feedback into customer behavior.

Qualifications For The Role
- HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering
- Comprehensive understanding of LV Motors use in industry
- Demonstrate excellent customer focus
- Business acumen
- Experience of external sales role
- Presentation skills and good networking skills
- Experience of working with consultants and contractors.
- Knowledge of MV & Nema Motor Products
- Valid UK drivers licence
