Area Sales Manager
The Role
This full time, permanent Area Sales Manager position is a fantastic chance to join a major manufacturing business and take ownership of a thriving territory, covering East Anglia, Northants, Herts & Beds. The Area Sales Manager will manage a portfolio of existing customers across industries including aerospace, automotive, materials handling and conveyor manufacturing. You will build strong, long-term relationships with maintenance engineers, buyers and senior decision makers, identifying opportunities to increase spend and introduce additional solutions. Alongside account development, the Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for generating new business, spotting growth areas and converting prospects into loyal customers. This is a hands-on, field-based role suited to someone who enjoys being out with customers and driving activity.

Requirements
- Technical sales experience, internal or external
- Energetic, proactive and comfortable with a high level of customer activity
- Ambitious and keen to develop into broader responsibility over time
- Full UK driving licence
The Package for Area Sales Manager
- Up to £45,000 basic salary dependent on experience
- Uncapped commission paid monthly - £10,000 year one expected, top performers £24k+
- Fully expensed company car
- Private medical insurance
- Tablet, mobile phone and pension
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
