We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Area Sales Manager to join our external sales team covering Swindon, Gloucester and Cirencester. You’ll be out on the road building partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and helping customers get what they need so they get their job done.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders across your area
  • Managing a portfolio of customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
  • Helping customers access the right products, support, and pricing to succeed
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of the local market—understanding upcoming projects, competitor activity, and trends
  • Offering expert guidance and tailored solutions based on customer needs and industry insight
  • Collaborating with branch teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
