Role Overview
Working in the Business Development team, this role will be responsible for the execution of the CVL Cosmetics South Middle Europe SL plan for Area Sales Manager (UK). The role will work across the organization, merging the needs of our customers and our POS, to drive amazing customer experiences and increase sales of our brands (Valmont, l'Elixir des Glaciers & Storie Veneziane). Additionally, this position will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and communicating all sales metrics given the highly cross-functional nature of this role, this individual must possess strong entrepreneurial and collaboration skills to drive success throughout the organization and organize promotional activities through our selective distribution (perfumeries, day spa, luxury hotels...) and high interest in luxury goods. This role reports to the commercial director.

Main Tasks & Duties
- Monitor sales, the achievement of global objectives and objectives by product category
- Follow up KPIs to set appropriate action plans in order to increase business volume in the luxury network
- Prospection of new leads, engage, propose and execute client opening B2B
- Motivate and lead the POS' team towards objectives, ensure the team selling technique and provides an excellent customer service
- Regular meetings with the team (Trainers, Trade Marketing Manager & Promoters) providing feedback, coaching and guidance
- Implement the different projects of the brands, collect data and analyse it to nourish reports and support decision-making

Qualifications
- Able to travel 80% of the time
- At least 5 years experience in B2B retail sales (commercial) in selective cosmetics industry
- Strong time management skills; ability to multitask effectively
- At ease managing business through KPIs analysis
- Strong insightful analytical skills and good business acumen
- Languages: Native Spanish & Proficiency in English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Driving License mandatory
- The selected person must be passionate about luxury retail industry and cosmetics
