Are you an ambitious sales professional with a passion for building relationships, winning projects, and driving commercial growth? Are you ready to represent one of the most design-forward brands in the contract furniture industry and play a key role in shaping its continued success?

At NaughtOne, we're on an exciting growth journey. As our Area Sales Manager for the Midlands & South West, you'll be at the heart of our UK growth strategy, developing influential relationships with architects, designers, dealers, and end users while uncovering new opportunities to grow our presence across the region.

This is an opportunity to own your territory, work with a market-leading design brand, and make a real impact in a collaborative, people-first business that's part of the global MillerKnoll family.

What you'll do:

  • Drive sales growth across the Midlands & South West by developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with architects, designers, dealer partners, and end-user customers to generate project opportunities.
  • Own and manage your territory, delivering against ambitious sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Identify, develop, and convert project opportunities through specification selling and stakeholder engagement.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Director to deliver regional sales strategies, customer events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Represent NaughtOne at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions, championing our brand within the design community.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Share market intelligence and customer insights to help shape future business opportunities and commercial strategy.

What we're looking for:

  • Around five years' experience in field sales, business development, or specification sales within the contract furniture industry or a related sector.
  • A proven ability to develop long-term customer relationships and consistently deliver sales growth.
  • Experience working with architects, designers, dealer networks, or commercial end users.
  • A commercially minded self-starter who enjoys managing their own territory and thrives on achieving results.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence managing multiple projects and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline, forecasting, and customer activity.
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel throughout the Midlands & South West region.
