Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: Midlands/North (Remote)
Salary: Competitive, uncapped OTE
Our client is a leading UK provider of critical messaging services, known for delivering robust, resilient alerting and messaging solutions that support vital operations across the country. With over three decades of industry experience, they provide essential communication infrastructure for government agencies, the NHS, emergency services, and major enterprises.
They are currently seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive growth within the healthcare sector and maintain their position as a preferred provider of critical communications.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Generate and convert new business opportunities to maximize market penetration.
- Account Management: Increase revenue within existing accounts through strategic cross-selling and up-selling.
- Territory Strategy: Manage territory revenue and contract re-signs to balance opportunity and risk.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer and pipeline information within Salesforce.
- Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and monthly forecasting objectives.
- Collaboration: Provide market insights to support product development and work with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of sales experience, ideally within communications or systems solutions.
- A proven track record of success in Public Sector, Healthcare or NHS sales.
- A thorough understanding of Government and NHS procurement processes.
- Strong IT proficiency and familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely in a structured manner.
