Area Sales Manager
The Role
Bostik is looking for an Area Sales Manager to join its successful construction team, representing a portfolio of trusted sealants and adhesives used every day across the UK.
Covering a well-established territory across northwest England and north Wales, you'll work closely with builders' merchants including Jewson, Travis Perkins, independent merchants and buying groups. Your role will focus on developing existing relationships, growing sales and helping customers maximise the success of the Bostik range.
- No two days are the same
- You'll visit customers across your territory
- Deliver in-branch trade days
- Improve point-of-sale displays
- Support promotional activity alongside Key Account Managers
- Provide engaging product training to merchant sales teams
- Use Salesforce to manage customer activity and plan account development

About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys building lasting relationships and delivering excellent customer service. You may already be working in field sales or territory management, or have sales experience within a builders' merchant or trade distribution environment.
You'll also have:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercial, analytical approach to developing accounts
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexibility for occasional overnight stays

Package
- £30,000-£35,000 basic salary
- Up to 20% bonus
