£40,000 - £50,000 Basic Salary, Bonus / OTE, Fully Expensed Company Car, Private Healthcare, Career Development

THE COMPANY:

For over 50 years we have developed a brand synonymous with quality catering equipment products. Our range is recognised and respected within commercial catering environments and is suitable for professional kitchens across hotels, pubs, education, healthcare, contract catering and the wider foodservice sector. Our products are regarded as among the highest quality within their field.

We are seeking to further develop our already prominent status in the UK through the recruitment of foodservice sales professionals with a strong understanding of commercial kitchens, catering equipment or food preparation environments.

THE ROLE:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This role is an extremely hands-on opportunity, with time split between commercial catering equipment sales, account development, product demonstrations and exhibitions. This is a well-performing region with a strong base of existing customers and key accounts. The sales element of the role will focus heavily on developing and growing existing relationships with regional catering equipment wholesalers, catering equipment distributors and key end-user accounts, while still identifying new opportunities within commercial kitchens across the territory. The successful Area Sales Manager will be responsible for protecting and expanding existing spend, increasing product penetration across the customer base and proactively sourcing new business in line with regional growth targets. We are passionate about our sales representatives demonstrating the product in a commercial environment, and as a result time will be spent in kitchen environments preparing food using the range.
