We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to develop and manage our trade partner network across Greater London and South UK.
YOUR TASKS
- Develop a high-quality dealer portfolio through a mix of existing accounts and new LEICHT partners
- Analyze regional market potential and develop tailored growth strategies
- Support existing retail clients and acquire new retail partners, assisting them in establishing and growing their business
- Advise trade partners on showroom concepts and brand presentation
- Ensure a consistent premium brand experience across all customer touchpoints
- Implement the sales objectives and strategies agreed with senior management within the assigned territory
- Conduct on-site training and product training sessions, and accompany trade partners to events at LEICHT in Germany
- Represent LEICHT at international trade fairs
- Manage reporting and data maintenance in the company's Customer Relationship Management System

YOUR PROFILE
Professional
- Several years of field sales experience in the furniture sector, ideally in the kitchen industry
- Experience in the premium segment
- Commercial training or a business-related degree
- Strong negotiating skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Customer Relationship Management Systems
- Native English speaker; German language skills are an advantage
