Job Summary
Area Sales Manager (ASM) for mattresses is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated region by managing retail partners and distributors. They develop and execute sales strategies, monitor market trends, and ensure product availability. The role involves team leadership, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive sales growth within a defined region for mattress products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and clients.
- Achieve sales targets and develop strategies to maximize market share.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure sales opportunities are maximized.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
