We're partnering with an established international business within the outdoor and performance apparel sector to recruit an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the South of the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with ambitious growth plans, managing a portfolio of retail partners while helping to shape regional sales strategy. If you enjoy developing long-term customer relationships, spotting commercial opportunities, and spending time in the field, this could be the perfect next step.

The Role:

As Area Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of an established territory, working closely with both existing and prospective retail partners to grow sales and strengthen commercial relationships.

You'll collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, operations, and product to ensure customers receive an exceptional experience while contributing valuable market insight to support future business growth.

This is a varied role offering a high level of autonomy, the opportunity to influence regional performance, and plenty of scope to make your mark.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
