Area Sales Manager
Area Sales Manager (Field Based) – Scotland – Clothing & Workwear Manufacturer
We are currently recruiting for a market-leading clothing and workwear manufacturer in an exciting role to help grow and develop the brand in the UK. The company have an excellent reputation in the industry and provide a huge amount to their sales teams on the road. They are looking for people with confidence in face-to-face sales, enjoy a fast-paced environment with plenty of autonomy and a drive to exceed expectations.
Role:
You will be responsible for:
- Maintain and build strong relationships with retail buyers and decision-makers.
- Present new products, highlight special offers, and propose replenishment orders.
- Monitor stock levels and manage returns and credit where needed.
- Liaise with your Business Development Manager (BDM) to plan schedules and pursue opportunities.
- Manage, install and maintain visual merchandising displays in-store.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Candidate:
The ideal candidate will:
- Proven field sales experience with a strong record of achieving targets.
- Strong knowledge or experience in retail, particularly clothing or footwear, is ideal but not essential.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using CRM and reporting tools.

Package:
- Basic Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (potentially higher for the right experience)
- Uncapped Commission
