The role of the Area Sales Manager – Building Materials / Roofing will involve:
- Area Sales Manager position selling a distributed range of rolled lead, hard metal roofing and ancillary products
- Majority of your time will be spent selling to independent builders merchants, independent roofing merchants, roofing merchants, national merchants and buying groups
- Remainder of your time will be spent stimulating demand / selling to contractors, roofers, roofing contractors and installers
- Turnover targets just being set
- Well established area with plenty of spending accounts
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Building Materials / Roofing with:
- Must have sales experience selling to building merchants or contractors
- Would consider someone working within a merchant
- Open in terms of building products sold however roofing would be advantageous
- Must be able to work on your own autonomy
- Self-managed and self-motivated
- IT Literate
