A global manufacturing giant have an exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Manager. This fully remote role is responsible for managing the full sale cycle within a prestigious woodworking machinery brand. Supporting senior stakeholders, this opportunity will be responsible for driving sales strategy within the UK and offers ample career progression, a leading commission and bonus structure as well as excellent benefits... a role not to be missed!

- Ensure quarterly sales targets are met and exceeded
- Maintain and improve the KPI's
- Ensure the brand opportunities are up to date in the CRM to enable accurate brand sales forecasts
- Liaise with the Brand Sales Managers to update the progress of existing orders
- Maintain consistent understanding on the condition of the opportunities
- Understand demonstration machines within the Tech Centre
- Liaise with the Brand Sales Managers to ensure representative demonstrations are available

The successful candidate:
- Experience within Woodworking Machinery is essential, either in a sales or technical capacity
- Significant experience working with world class manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of mechanics / electronics related to industrial machinery
- Self motivated, driven and a real desire to succeed
- Excellent communicator
This role will be remotely based with travel across the north of the UK as required.
