About This Role

Are you an experienced Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or Sales Executive looking for your next challenge? If you enjoy opening doors, building lasting customer relationships and turning opportunities into long term partnerships, this could be exactly what you've been looking for with Dawsongroup Vans.

  • Deliver agreed quarterly and annual new business targets across your territory, focusing on sustainable revenue, volume and profitability.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, identifying opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and national account activity.
  • Become the local face of Dawsongroup Vans, representing the business professionally while developing strong customer relationships.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the business to maximise opportunities and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Champion service over price, helping customers see the value of long term partnerships rather than simply competing on cost.

About You

You enjoy meeting new people, creating opportunities and finding solutions that genuinely help customers. Whether you've worked in commercial vehicles, asset rental or another consultative sales environment, we'd love to hear from you, and even if you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply because potential matters just as much as experience.
