Area Sales Manager
📍 Field-based - North East
If you know how to win work within the new build sector, this one’s worth a look. We’re working with a well-established, growing manufacturer in the building services space, looking to bring in an Area Sales Manager to drive specification-led growth across new builds.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building relationships with councils, house developers, contractors and framework partners
- Securing specifications through a consultative, technical sales approach
- Supporting customers with solutions around damp & mould, indoor air quality, compliance and energy efficiency
- Managing projects from early engagement through to order and completion
- Delivering presentations, CPDs and training sessions

What you’ll need:
- A track record in specification sales / business development (ideally 5+ years)
- Experience working within construction, HVAC or building products
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to open doors and win work
- Confidence dealing with multiple stakeholders across technical and commercial teams
- A proactive, self-starting approach

What’s on offer:
- Salary - ÂŁ55k-ÂŁ60k
- Uncapped commission - ÂŁ80,000-ÂŁ100,000
