About This Role
Are you an experienced Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or Territory Sales Manager looking for your next challenge? This Area Sales Manager opportunity offers the chance to drive growth across North and East London, Essex and East Anglia, helping customers access specialist municipal, waste, recycling, utilities and infrastructure fleet solutions.
- Develop new business opportunities across both public and private sector organisations.
- Build long-term relationships with local authorities, contractors, utilities providers and commercial operators.
- Manage a healthy pipeline of short and long-term rental opportunities across the region.
- Work closely with operational teams to maximise fleet utilisation and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver against revenue, utilisation and KPI targets while growing your regional presence.
About You
You are a commercially focused sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. Whether your background is in asset rental, fleet, utilities, industrial services, waste, construction or another transferable sector, we would love to hear from you.

- Proven experience in field sales, business development, account management or territory sales.
- Confident communicating with decision-makers and presenting solutions to customers.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities effectively.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously across a regional territory.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
